Back from OBS and have the urge to post something here :)

OBS was tough and tiring full of mosquitoes bites and all kinds of insect bits covering my body...

But now i just want OBS to start all over again :)

HAHA!

It is a camp worth the pain because we gain!

So here's a question to all!

If you could choose to be something right now what would you choose to be?

Well keep thinking.... ^^

Anyway I found this story online esp after experiencing OBS thought that it is worth sharing.

******The Parable Of A Pencil******

The Pencil Maker took the pencil aside, just before putting him into the box.

Hello!

It is my second day in my buddy's house :)

Her family is really nice and i hope that i am not imposing much on them

I dunno where my buddy will be bringing me later but i hope it is gonna be fun

Time past really fast and i have already been in Taiwan close to a week already.

Hope the following three weeks would be equally or even much fun filled with joy and laughter.

I was wondering wat halloween actually was...
so i checked up wikipedia and here's wat it said

Halloween (or Hallowe’en) is a holiday celebrated on October 31. Halloween activities include trick-or-treating, ghost tours, bonfires, costume parties, visiting haunted attractions, carving jack-o'-lanterns, reading scary stories, and watching horror movies. lol anyway i was curious bout the carving jack-o'lantern part
why the name???

A “Jack O’ Lantern” is a pumpkin that has had its insides taken out while a pair of eyes, a nose and a mouth have been cut out on its side so light from a candle which has been placed inside might be seen by all in the dark. This is what a “Jack O’ Lantern” is but where does this beautifully frightful object get its name from? This is what the following story is about.
Once upon a time there was a man whose name was Jack his last name being O’ Lantern as he was Irish. Jack like many a man in Ireland enjoyed a shot of whisky from time to time among many other drinks which might have included a pint of Guinness now and then. Jack was also rumored to have been a man who despised working and everything that took away his freedom to loaf about doing what he enjoyed the most which was nothing that did not including going to the pub for a drink.
Jack lived a gay life as he would stay up to the early hours of the morning drinking in merry company only to sleep through the rest of the day so that he might wake up late in the afternoon with intensions of repeating the same cycle. Such was the life of this man who in truth never did harm to no man but then again never did good to no man either.
Good deeds however were not the only thing this man never performed for it can not be said in truth that this man never performed what could be labeled as an honest days work as his life was one of laziness.
Jack had a grand life or so he thought till one day while at his favorite bar the devil came upon him to inform him that his time on earth was up meaning he would have to accompany the devil on a road that would lead to where people like him belonged. Jack however remained defiant in the face of the prince of darkness and challenged him to attest who he was by saying in a cheeky manner “If you are so powerful as you claim to be then prove it! Change yourself in to a coin and you will have left no doubt over whom you say you are”.
The devil incensed by this defiance turned himself in to a coin which Jack suddenly grabbed tightly in his hand on which he had had a cross carved on. It was in doing this that he trapped the devil who offered Jack what ever he wanted if he were to let him go. Jack once having trapped the devil and knowing he had him at his mercy negotiated that should the devil not bother him for one more year he would let him go. The devil not having much in the way of options agreed and did not disturb Jack for another year.
A year however passed from that day on which Jack O’ Lantern encountered the devil for the first time and therefore the devil came back with vengeance to claim Jack but Jack would not have it fore he tricked the devil again. This time Jack was outside and instead of goading him in to turning himself in to a coin he deceived him in to claiming up a tree where he trapped him by carving out a cross on it. Naturally with the cross between himself and the ground the devil was trapped on this tree and therefore unable to get down. Jack at that moment seeing the opportunity struck another deal with the devil telling him that in return for his help in getting down the tree the devil should grant him more time on earth which the devil did.
Naturally like all good things that must come to an end eventually so did Jack’s life however when he died he had a problem and that being that when he got to heaven God did not want him there because after all he had never done any acts of kindness for anyone.
Jack then after having been refused entrance by the all mighty knew not were to turn to so he tried to see if he could enter hell but it was once again that he was denied access this time by the same devil whom he had tricked.
Oh, poor Jack had no where to go as he was unwelcome where ever he went! It was a sad case even for the devil who in a show of pity gave him a pumpkin (ok, it was really a turnip) with a red hot amber inside telling him that it would serve to light his way while he walked the earth for the rest of eternity as such was his fate.
And that as they say is the tale of “Jack O’ Lantern” the man who unwillingly gave his name to the item that no proper Halloween can ever go with out or who shall know fore it maybe that what we are seeing is the spirit of Jack O’ Lantern walking the earth.

i went back KHS today
it was a rush day

firstly me and amanda rushed from sch to mrt
we were lyk quite late
it was ald 12.57 lyk that when we were on the train
and yuyang sms said that mrs tan leaving at 1.15
we were lyk shocked!
coz left bout 18min onli and we juz left buona vista?!
so we rush out of redhill mrt and took cab
then hav prob finding one that we can take

I think this year CNY is the busiest new year ever.

new year eve went back to kong hwa school

LEVEL CAMP IS OVER!
ha it sure is fun!
except for some bad things which had happen
which made everyone so pissed off...
& that was on the 1st two days of level camp
i tink almost everyone in fornax are quite pissed off with each other?
by juz our expressions u could see clearly ya...
though the food during the camp was quite...
but haha i dun care lah

1st day of camp...
our 1st location was in LT1
& every1 chiong towards there
& i was push down lah
lucky my knee onli po pi
we did case study there that 1 was quite sian

next we went to republic poly
we learn the malay instru & the instructors came 1/2hr late...
so as we were super boliao waiting for them...
guess wat we did?
LOL WE WERE PLAYING ON THE ESCALATOR THERE!
we went up the escalator down again & up again continuously until mr hia ask us to stop
i also took a pic of legs again

consisting of gwen,xiao wenyi, amanda(1F), aileen & me!
too bad can't post it bcoz of blogger gah!

then we went to learn Indian dance

it was also fun
though it makes our leg hurt

finally we went to the silat federation to learn silat malay wu shu
lolsi m bad at wu shu

not lyk amanda(1F) her kick powerful ya...

and the 1st two nitez when we had the preparation for fusion nite
every1 was distictly pissed off ok
and some ppl has their own & personal thinkings on sth
so...
they do not wan to listen to the rest!
well...
& some say others dun wan co-operate but they do not noe the reason y?
but...
that was onli the 1st two days
the 3rd and 4th day
the class was much better
we weren't that pissed off with each other as much

and in order to cure our "pissed off" illness
gwen,xiao wenyi, aileen, amanda and i blasted sexyback off our phone
hey it could serve as a pill for that illness seriously
somehow u would feel better when listening to that song loh
and i started listening to sexyback bcos of santa
hu was addicted to this song bcos of 1c
so i m indirectly being addicted by cresmic to SEXYBACK!!!

3rd day of camp...
we went Singapore Discovery Centre
the show we watch on iwerks was kinda boring
aileen slept throughout the whole show
& i was trying to keep my eyes open!
the row of boys in front of me were lyk all asleep!
lol
mayb its bcoz the whole show all bout air crafts thats y everybody wanna zzz
we did camp pitching there
ha and sofina join our grp & she was the distractor tgt with leshan & aileen!
i was the instructor with amanda(1F)
and gwen & xiao wenyi were blindfolded
& guess wat
our camp pitching failed
hahaha
so funny!
then we went to see little george
& gwen keep saying she see a cup in the mirror when we do not see anything there
so...
we started teasing gwen ever since
when we went to the toilet we told her that there was a cup in the basin
when they wasn't
so as to make her tink that her eyesight have problem
HAHAAH

then aft our free and easy period we had a guided tour
and aft the guided tour
we had another free and easy period

almost every1 onli has 1 free and easy period or even none
but GROUP9 has two free & easy period!
and throughout the whole tour
ahem i wasn't allowed to copy anything on the ws!
coz the rest say i muz take care of my eyes dun copy in the dark!

aft we went back to sch le loh

and at night
of coz we had FUSION NITE!
it roxs totally hahaha
we had our class item which is lol
funny?

i was uber high that nite lah

& fornax was given 3rd!
which in actual fact does not belong to us at all!
and we got the food which belongs to the 3rd winning class instead
HAHAHA
& we got 4th for the NE race
miss the 3rd position by juz 1.5 points
but nvm
we still got 1 point for the class league

and b4 fusion nite ended we sang the level song!

but everybody was busy putting their arms on each other shoulder that nite
so not a lot of ppl were singing

4th day of camp...
it rained early in the morning
when every1 was slping

normally we would wake up even b4 the tr on the hall lights
but this time we wake up onli aft the teachers on the lights
aft we did our general cleaning we went to hall!

we put our arms on each other shoulders again!

level camp is fun ya...

Quite ok lah. Cannot say bad cos we stay in hotel & the food we eat r quite nice if u compare with normal camp food.

The day of my theory exam haha...

The exam rm was so damn freezing cold sia luckily i brought my jacket.

& my seat was so damn easy to find haha seat no.1 man.

So i juz walk a few steps then juz sit down.

Wonder how I fared for it.

I tink i flung it. Haha but i still hope will get distiction lah.

N i was so... in luv with the cello tat any q tat can put cello as an ans i would put it.

& cello is the best sia.
Can play in tenor,tremble & bass clef...

BETRAYAL & HATRED IS FEELING MY EYES & BOILING WITHIN MY SOUL!!!

I really really wish i could transfer to 1C asap. Sophin's there & i mayb wun hav to drink green tea everyday juz to calm down my nerves when coming face to face with tat @$%*!%@. Tat @$%*!@ 根本是不遵守诺言的. 君子一言四马难追tats the opposite of tat @$%*!@.

N 2dae's TT match was super jing zhang. We were playing against a sch tat was nv ever beaten. N u noe the impossible thing happened. It was so miraculous lors. Juniors won plmgss it was lyk waaaaaa.

N every1 were screaming their lungs out when carrie won the last match. Woots!!! Every1 were lyk sure su de. There were so strong.

But then, Seniors lost. N it was close. Real close. They lost 2-3 man. Aww. But finally haha juniors won our very 1st TT competition match.

Hi guys!!!

I hate CNY its so mammoth sian & bored (learn from pro sen sei 1). I feel different dis yr compared to the past few yrs. Is it bcos i m no longer a pri sch student? No i dun tink so! But i tink its bcos of the q they ask me!!!

Of cos wadever they say would hav sth concerned with sch life lah. Its such a common q man...
& oso i dun understand wad my grandma was toking to me. Unless she uses chinese i can't understand her at all. I would go huh huh huh??? N shot tat quizzical look at my parents. I m nv gd at dialects tats y i always replies her in cl.

Ytd aft going to coussy's house for lunch gathering, i went to the musuem & he pan. Museum was super duper crowded & this is the 1st time i ever experience queueing up juz to enter the galleries. Even exiting oso must queue 1. & then @ he pan meet some1 i noe,TT senior, i tink she saw me though i tried to hide my face asap. It was no use at all.

Today, went to TM n was bout an hour late same as Sophin cos we both tot tat it was meet @ 9.30am. No wonder we r best friends haha we r both so forgetful. N rachel went there @ bout 8.55am so she got to wait for us haha. Luckily we managed to study ah if not this is gonna b an unsccessful 1. N ytd rachel reminded us no shopping. In the end leh sophin & i were studying at long john silver & rachel... when shopping. She went POPULAR ah. HAHAHA.

& my father gave them hongbao when he came to fetch me. But the amount inside is veri little cos we dun hav blood relation mah. If u r my cousin surely get at least $50 1 hoh. Heehee.

N Sophin I saw another TT senior at TM todae she was standing behind u two n right in front of me k. Y do i keep meeting TT ppl wherever i go!!!

2dae played audition again for the very 1st time aft so many moons ago. Okay its since last yr. At first sophin said she wanted to try out so i when to play 2dae. But then dunno wad happened to her com while she was downloading the software. She said it auto-close by itself.

Haha todae shld b 1 of the happiest day of my life. Nv felt dis kind of happiness for so long le.
We were 1 of the 1st batch of ex-konghwaians to arrive at khs dis morning. I miss KHS so~~~~~~~~much...

N we were lyk so crazy n high @ khs. Haha we were lyk so annoyed when at first mrs han said tat we r not allowed to go to the hall to watch the celebration. We were so depressed then but later of cos our saviour came to our rescue. N lol tats mrs tan. She managed to outtalk tat OM into letting us stay at the hall. Haha mrs tan sure is a gd debator.

N i recieved the newsletter too. My eyes was the redest among all & csr said tat it was as if i was very angry so there were flames in my eyes. But the truth is, its bcos of reflection mah. Haha okay & i m no longer angry with mrs tan for posting tat crappy part haha. N we finally pass Jerry to our dearest mrs tan. But it wasn't as nice as when we painted it on the spot as now the colours have already chipped off. & mrs tan said tat we shld hav painted the 6/2 on the mouse head haha. But she said she would do tat herself instead. It was so nice of her to put it on her desk. I bet it would make her miss last yr 6/2 even more tats wad i m feeling now...

N ty mrs foo for yr hongbao which i at first didn't wan to take cos i tot contains $ but when u told us it was sweets then i take. Haha. I m not those money-minded kind lah. N u said my bro said i wun b coming when u asked him. Oh i went back to ask my bro & he said he was juz jking with u man how naughty can he b.

Aft visiting khs we went out shopping. Of cos with ella!!! No wonder rachel was so damn hyper today. We went parkway 1st. N we ate at KFC again. N we ate chicken haha. Rachel & i were lyk asking ella & sophin non-stop how to eat chicken ah??? Lol making amanda say tat we wun b graded on how we eat chicken. Tat was so funny. Aft lunch we went pet shop & we meet tat nice guy again. He allowed us to carry the hamster, stroke & touch it how nice of him =) N ella bought two fighting fishes. Haha i hope it wun b dead yet the nxt time ella comes to sg for holiday. Then ella wan to go rach house n sn & hhj must go home. So onli amanda, sophin & me were left to meet csr at marina square whr i when to buy a pair of new sports shoe which CSR at 1st tot was nice & also a pair of new socks. We had a great laugh there. N amanda suddenly when bonkers laughing non-stop for no reason. n i still rmb amanda walk onto the wrong escalator tat was so funny. We even ate lollipops haha.

Look here!!! We bought lollipops these was Sophin's & mine haha. Amanda already started eating le so cannot take pic of hers.

N when i was leaving i meet the other 6/2 gang mainly now the cchms gang haha. Got yiyun,brenda,si jia, ST, Fi Fi, KY, Huishan... Oh well juz too many to name lah. Its really a small small world whr all 2006 6/2 pupils meet at marina square lol.

Aww today Sophin got SB & I got TT but it isn't held in sch its held at plmgss tat means i can't go back with her again. 2dae before we set off for competition we did some cheering n i rmbered the DM & VP shouting & blasting their voices so loudly tat i was almost deaf aft doing the cheer haha. But, in the end we had a bad lose. Seniors lost 0-5 to plmgss while we juniors lost 2-3 to my bro sch OMG. Its my bro sch k. Y didn't they win his sch. It was such a close match no i must say very very very very... close match. Not lying 2nd double last set lost 10-12 loh if they won that 1 it would mean tat dhs wins. Haiz i m really a pathetic n useless player tats y i can b of no help to the team. Sigh...

This morning 1F was the first class to arrive for flag-raising as what mr hia wanted us to do. We started walking at bout 7.40am hahas. But 2dae Sophin was sick. N tat was the start of all bad lucks early in the morning.

2dae was much more unlucky than yesterday. Ytd juz got booked for being late but 2dae i sprained my ankle ahhhhhhhhh. N guess how I sprained it? When i was walking down the stairs chatting with sn then the nxt moment i sprained my ankle. What gl i had dis few days. N then i accidentally kicked my leg onto the desk too. N dunno y my hands ache badly too. I wonder how i m gonna play for nxt monday competition. Die~

Also went chinatown 2dae n sn rmb not to follow me in the future as wad sophin used to call me i m a street idiot i would onli make u lost... hahaha luckily 2dae at chinatown we managed to find pagoda street n we had a drink at macdonald too wahahaha. Oh ya i really fell down the stairs y did u say i look lyk frog jumping??? M i a frog???

Haiz 2dae really so damn damn damn damn suay i was lyk 1 of the 1st to step out of the classrm to get ready for flag-raising but some ppl in the class were lyk taking their own sweet time n see wads the result: whole class got booked. Wad a "great" start for the beginning of the day man. N then mr hia says tat he expects 1F to b the 1st class present for flag-raising 2moro morning if not we will get punishment. So suay right?

Luckily i didn't suay for the whole day. M so happy when i ask captain during jap class if i could skip 2moro's competition to go chinatown n her ans was YES.Woots so happy a lan n lousy player lyk me wun hav to go yay yay.But too bad its onli for 1 match onli. Sob...sob...
